SignalBench LLC - Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Interview.OS and related services operated by SignalBench LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using SignalBench & Interview.OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Description of Service
Interview.OS is a candidate-side career decision and execution platform designed to support high-stakes professional transitions. The system provides structured analytical tools, signal interpretation, and workflow support.
Interview.OS does not provide legal, financial, tax, psychological, or employment placement services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Interview.OS. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate and truthful information
You may not share your account credentials or permit others to access the service through your account. Interview.OS is designed for a single-user analytical workflow. Account sharing will compromise data integrity, cause profile contamination, and result in inaccurate system outputs. Violation of this provision will result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, software, architecture, text, graphics, workflows, system design, methodologies, signal frameworks, and related materials comprising Interview.OS are the exclusive property of SignalBench LLC and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for your limited right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes, no rights are granted to you.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
(a) Reverse Engineering
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to derive the source code, architecture, signal logic, workflows, or internal methodologies of Interview.OS.
(b) Redistribution
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, sublicense, lease, sell, or otherwise redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
(c) Scraping or Automated Extraction
- Use bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or automated systems to extract data, content, outputs, prompts, or system behavior patterns.
(d) Derivative Product Development
- Develop, assist in developing, or provide input to any competing product or service that reproduces or attempts to replicate the structure, methodologies, signal frameworks, or workflow design of Interview.OS.
(e) Circumvention
- Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, authentication systems, or security measures.
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, including resumes, job descriptions, and other materials ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant SignalBench LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
You represent that you have the right to upload such content.
7. Feedback & Suggestions
If you submit suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, or other proposals ("Feedback"), you agree that:
- Such Feedback becomes the sole and exclusive property of SignalBench LLC upon submission.
- You assign to SignalBench LLC all right, title, and interest in and to such Feedback.
- You waive any claim to compensation, attribution, or ownership related to that Feedback.
SignalBench LLC may use Feedback for any purpose without restriction or obligation.
8. No Employment Guarantee
Interview.OS does not guarantee:
- Job interviews
- Offers of employment
- Compensation outcomes
- Career advancement
All career decisions remain your responsibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SignalBench LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of employment opportunity
- Loss of income
- Reputational harm
- Emotional distress
- Business interruption
In no event shall the total liability of SignalBench LLC exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid to the Company in the preceding twelve (12) months, or
- One hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Interview.OS is provided "as is" and "as available." SignalBench LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or completeness of outputs
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
You use the service at your own risk.
11. Termination
SignalBench LLC may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abuse of the platform
- Attempted IP extraction
- Security risk
Upon termination, your right to access the service will cease immediately. Any prepaid or remaining subscription fees applicable to the then-current billing period shall be non-refundable and will not be prorated.
12. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
Interview.OS may be offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Access will terminate automatically at the conclusion of that billing period.
- No refunds or prorated credits will be provided for unused time.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
13. Modifications to Terms
SignalBench LLC may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Scott County, Minnesota.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SignalBench LLC regarding Interview.OS and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
